I bought this new two years ago and used it twice. It's incredibly comfortable to sleep on, and I never felt cold even in the dead of winter. When inflating it, I used the valve on the storage bag. The size and R-value are shown in the images, so please take a look. I used an electric air pump only once, but I think the storage bag is faster.
