While many manufacturers have reissued the Pflueger Medalist, this Pflueger Medalist 1492AK is an original Pflueger from around 40 years ago, distributed by Shakespeare. It's suitable for line sizes #2-3. The reel foot on these older Pflueger reels is often too thick to fit into modern fly rod reel seats, so the reel foot has been slightly shaved down (see image). Also, one of the two click drag pins has broken off due to aging and has been removed (see image). The click still functions normally, so there's no problem using it, but this reel is recommended more for collectors than for frequent use. The frame also has age-related scratches. The suede soft case in the image is also included.
