The curved tray shape around the grater prevents grated juice from spilling. Its slim shape allows you to add the grated condiments directly to pots or soups. Made of stainless steel with sharp, hard blades, it allows you to grate ingredients as if you were cutting them. The size is approximately 4.5cm wide x 20cm deep x 1cm high, and it weighs about 95g.
