The recommended age is from around 2 years old. The beads and wires are integrated, so there's less worry about losing pieces or accidental swallowing, making it safe to play with. It's endlessly engaging. Grasp the beads and move them right and left. The wire shapes allow the looping play to extend into role-playing. From the front, the shape is symmetrical, so two people can face each other and play by doing the same movements. Through play, it encourages hand-eye coordination, stimulating the brain and helping children learn to move their fingers as they wish. It promotes hand-eye coordination and helps develop finger sensitivity and concentration. My child didn't play with it much, so it's in relatively good condition.
