This is a battery-free train toy called "Purupura+." It moves when you pull it back. It easily comes apart, so it was useful as a toy to take on outings. It has scratches, and the rubber on the rear tires is missing. It still runs without them. Great for playing on the go. It uses rails about half the width of Plarail!
