This is a battery-free train toy called "Purupura+." It moves when you pull it back. It easily comes apart, so it was useful as a toy to take on outings. It has scratches and is missing the rubber on the rear tires. It still runs without them. Great for playing with on the go. It uses rails about half the width of Plarail tracks!
