This is a Sukajan (souvenir jacket) from around the 1940s or 1950s. It features luxurious embroidery of a golden tiger, golden eagle, and golden dragon. This is a special piece with faded black velvet. The zipper pull is missing, but it's likely not a problem since you probably wouldn't close it anyway. The condition is still good enough to wear.
