This is a pot that keeps water warm at 70 degrees Celsius or higher and allows you to prepare formula in about 3 minutes. I've only used it twice since I bought it, so I'm the second owner. While I'm not concerned about the pot itself being dirty, there are scratches on the warming plate. The instruction manual and packaging materials are still included. The outer box is slightly torn and crushed. Please be aware of this. Instant purchase is OK.
