Microphone only, no box. I bought it a few years ago, but I haven't had many opportunities to use it. I hope someone who will use it can have it. It works fine. You can use it immediately by installing "ZOOM Handy Recorder" on your iPhone. There are no noticeable large scratches, but please check the images for small scratches.
