This is a pink tulle dress from Apres Les Cours. I bought it new and used it for one season. It was a favorite, so the white parts are a bit fuzzy, and there are a few snags in the tulle. There were no tears. The wrists have elastic, and the frills around the neck and the flared skirt had a very cute design. It's thin, so it can be worn until early spring.
