This is an Ergobaby Omni 360 Cool Air baby carrier. The color is midnight blue. The included items are everything shown in the photos. I'm not sure if all the original accessories are included. The navy pouch is likely a small item holder that attaches to the carrier. I'm not sure how to use the two black belt-like items. The main carrier has been used, but I think the accessories have hardly been used. There is some minor soiling, but no noticeable stains.
