This is a medium (likely) wig from Assist Premium. The color is light blonde, and it was originally intended for use with Aira Shiratori from Ensemble Stars after purchase. Personally, I don't think there's a difference in color interpretation, but there were also opinions that a slightly darker color would be better, so please be aware of this if you are considering using it for the same character.
