I have five cassette tapes, but only three books (volumes 2, 3, and 4). I've confirmed that all the cassettes play without any issues. (I haven't listened to all the songs due to time constraints.) The books have some writing in them (see image 5). *It's in pencil, so you should be able to erase it if you want. Overall, they're not in perfect condition, but there are no missing pages, so you should be able to use them normally. *Shipping will be via Nekopos.
