This is a fan dance umbrella. It comes with red cords. The white chin strap was not originally included, but I will include it. There is some dirt on a part of the white chin strap. Please check the images. The umbrella itself has no noticeable scratches or dirt overall, but there is a possibility of oversight. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive.
