This is a Sherry Mae hair tie. It is a new, unopened, unused item. Purchased at Tokyo DisneySea. The size is approximately 8cm at the longest horizontal part and 6cm at the longest vertical part. I have kept it in a closet with a plastic cover since I bought it without using it.
