This appears to be a piece from a hand-blown glass workshop in Fukuoka. It's a sturdy, flat plate made of thick, heavy blown glass. It has a slight height. The gentle ribbing is beautiful. This is a new, unused item that has been stored for a long time. There are no major scratches or stains, but as it has been stored by a private individual, there may be some minor scuffs. I hope to sell it to someone who understands this. There is a slightly blackened area where the glass was separated during creation.
