Artistic souvenirs collected by my China-loving uncle during his trip. These are clay figurines from Urumqi, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. According to the box, they were created by a person named Zhang Wenge, who researched and shaped the folk customs of the Western Regions. The clay figurines from Urumqi, the gateway to the Silk Road, have transformed into forms that exude the exotic atmosphere unique to the Western Regions. There are four in total, with the tallest being about 8cm high.
