The M-51 is so famous, but it was only produced for a very short period, making it a phantom model. It is now extremely difficult to obtain even in the vintage market, and it is said that you can't even see deadstock items in Japan. This is a full set of the original M-51, including the shell, liner, and parka. The shell and liner can be detached, and you can use them according to the climate, scene, and layering, which is one of the charms of the Mods Coat. The M-65, the successor model to the M-51, is very popular, but that's only because it's more readily available. In the vintage market, the M-51 is the real Mods Parka and is traded at a higher price. However, the number of individual items is decreasing year by year, so even the successor model M-65, if it's deadstock, easily exceeds 80,000 yen in the domestic market. The 100% cotton shell is thicker than the M-65's mixed fabric shell, and the liner is a pile liner that was not used in the M-65.
