Purchased at Birthday. This is a cooling sheet that can be used for baby carriers and the backrests of strollers. It has a mesh pocket on the back where you can insert a cold pack. Cold packs are not included. I used it once (for about 30 minutes), but we didn't have a chance to use it at home, so I'm selling it. It's hardly been used, but please understand this before purchasing.
