This is a "Newly Drawn <Departure>" B1 tapestry that was available for pre-order and sale only at Comic Market 94 (C94). After purchase, it was displayed in a room away from direct sunlight. As shown in the photos, there are some stains on the front and back. The stains on the front are not very noticeable, so it should be fine for display.
