I painted a commercially available mini scissors with a magnet (for opening bags and envelopes) with acrylic paint and finished it with varnish. The painting is only on the front of the case. The materials were purchased from a 100-yen shop, so I recommend this to those who understand. The photo is of the finished product with varnish applied.
