I used this straight tube without lacquer, as I heard it would make the sound easier to hit. I didn't feel it was easier to hit, but I did feel like the tone changed. I am selling it because I started using other instruments. Since it's unlacquered, there is dulling and some scratches. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
