This dress was worn twice: once for the sister's Shichi-Go-San (a traditional Japanese festival for children) and once for commemorative photos. She didn't seem to like it much, as she never wore it otherwise and outgrew it, so it's in very good condition. Shoulder straps are adjustable. The belt is decorative. There are some areas where the pleats are slightly loose. This should be easily fixed with ironing. Please understand that this is a used item.
