The obi has a fold (see image 5), and the outer bag is not in good condition. I have watched it several times, but the disc surface is clean with no scratches (playback confirmed before listing). The bonus "Space Encyclopedia" special binder & refills have been opened, but the refills have only been read once and have never been bound in the file.
