This is a licensed product from the American sportswear manufacturer, IZOD, and the country of production is the Republic of Haiti. This alone makes it unique, but it also features orange and navy stripes and a slightly unusual two-button design. On top of that, the crocodile on the chest is blue. While it was sometimes seen back then, the blue crocodile looks fresh when you see it again now. The IZOD license agreement ended in the 90s, so it's a rare item that's hard to find now. The size notation in the photo is S, but because it's an American manufacturer's standard, it's about M to L in Japanese sizes. It has a relaxed feel. I think it's from the late 80s to the early 90s.
