You can wear it as is. It is a light fabric with the crisp feel unique to Oshima Tsumugi. It is very light, and the sound of silk rustling is beautiful. I believe it is an expensive type of Oshima. There was some wear and tear, but it seems to have been worn with care. We recommend wearing a petticoat to protect the fabric. The navy blue fabric has a black snow wheel pattern, with a tortoise shell design placed within it. The snow wheel pattern is also known as a lucky pattern that means a rich harvest.
