This is a reversible cap from Montbell. I'm not sure of the material, but it's a smooth, possibly polyester-like fabric. There's a soft wire in the brim. (Slightly adjustable at the back) Good for wearing wet, Great for sports, the beach, river, and camping, making it incredibly versatile, so I bought them for all three of my siblings.
