I purchased this about two years ago from H.P. France and have used it a few times. There may be some signs of use, but I think it's still in good condition without any significant damage. However, the silicone on one side of the clasp on the back is half detached. It's not noticeable when using it, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It has cute jewels.
