This is a Copen LA400k Copen Robe S. Following the recent announcement from Daihatsu about the discontinuation of the Copen, the used car prices are on the rise. The reason for selling is that I have decided to move to Hokkaido for work. I thought that rather than damaging the vehicle with winter driving and salt corrosion, I would sell it to someone else. The current mileage is 106,000 kilometers. I purchased it new, and at the time of purchase, I heard that dealer coatings often have problems, so I had a 70,000 yen glass coating applied at an aftermarket glass coating specialist (with a certificate). I just had the first vehicle inspection in April of this year, and I replaced consumable and worn parts. At that time, I also replaced all four tires with new sports tires (Yokohama Advan Fleva V701). As it's a turbo engine, I always changed the oil within 3,500 km, and the oil filter was changed every other oil change. I have been diligent with the condition management. The engine is also running smoothly. Although the mileage exceeded 100,000 km last month, I have never been in an accident or had any scratches. As it is an S grade model, it has heated Recaro seats, a MOMO steering wheel, Bilstein suspension, and dedicated wheels. The manufacturer's genuine exterior options are the rear garnish (the aero part above the muffler). Interior options include an armrest, LED lights, footlights (white) that illuminate the footwells, and ETC 2.0. The original navigation system wasn't very good, so I purchased an aftermarket navigation system. I have an HDMI cable output from the navigation system, and I have connected an HDMI to mobile phone adapter, so you can display the images from your iPhone or smartphone on the navigation screen. This allows you to watch YouTube, Google Maps, and game screens while driving. As another aftermarket option, the roof can be opened and closed with the car key remote control. I have installed a kit that allows you to open and close the roof with the remote control from the outside, even when parked. This is very convenient because you don't need to start the engine and press the button inside the car. You can open and close the roof from the outside after shopping, but it attracts a lot of attention.
