This album features a quintet with Eddie Higgins (p), Art Blakey (ds), Art Davis (b), and Clifford Jordan (ts), delivering upbeat hard bop jazz. Morgan's vibrant trumpet and Eddie Higgins' piano, showcasing exquisite piano touch, are particularly outstanding. Especially captivating is Morgan's brilliant and deeply moving trumpet on the standard ballad "Easy Living," along with Higgins' cascading piano.
