All items were purchased new and used by one child. I think they can still be used for pretend play. Small items such as clothes and shoes include official items and handmade ones. Most of the parts for the Mell-chan house are missing, and the items in the photos are all that's included. The house chime works. Please check the condition and parts in the photos.
