Waist: Elastic in the back. Flat measurement of the abdomen is 30 cm. Skirt length: 86.5 cm from the top of the elastic waistband to the hem. It has been used a few times, but there are stains and scratches on the lower part. I'm not sure if they can be removed by washing. Please consider purchasing if you don't mind.
