I haven't used it since then and have been storing it. There are no noticeable scratches on the surface, but the seam tape on the inside has begun to peel due to aging. I think it can be used without problems unless you're in a situation where you'll be sleeping in the rain, but you might consider removing the tape and applying seam grip.
