Used by a child. Dial adjustment allows for size adjustment. There are some scratches from use, but they are not very noticeable. Please check the photos for other scratches and stains. For reference: The tag says the size is 53-56cm, but it felt tight on a child with a 54cm head, so I think it's suitable for elementary school students.
