These are costumes for a children's play performance. They were easily made using felt and string. Elementary school children in the lower grades wore them for rehearsals and the actual performance. They have been used for "The Nutcracker," "Puss in Boots," "The Talking Fried Egg," etc., so the felt has some fuzzing. However, it's not noticeable from the audience, so they should be perfectly usable. There are four red capes, but one was made later, so it's made of slightly lighter red felt. It's in the cleanest condition. The vests look great worn over a white polo shirt, but they also look good over white or black T-shirts. They would be suitable for roles like a king or a minister.
