The outer fabric is bronze-colored #11 canvas. The handles are made of a combination of canvas and cotton canvas fabric. The lining and pockets are made of off-white cotton canvas fabric. There are two pockets on the lining. The larger pocket is divided into two sections. A magnetic button is also included.
