This is a crimped wire mesh made of thick stainless steel wire. It's square, 24cm on each side. The photos show the dimensions, the entire front and back, and close-ups of the four corners. Unlike regular grill grates, it's sturdy and doesn't deform easily. It's been thoroughly cleaned with pipe cleaner and kitchen cleaner after each use, so there's almost no burnt-on food or oil stains. It cost around 2,500 yen when purchased.
