Purchased in 2018. When I replaced the ink with recycled ink, color printing did not work properly. Even after performing a powerful cleaning, the situation did not improve. After repeating the process over several days, an error message appeared, and the printer became unusable. I considered whether it would work properly if I replaced the ink with genuine ink, but I decided to buy a new one. The recycled ink is still installed.
