This is a set of 3 paper scoops and 3 bags. When I opened one set to check the contents, I slightly tore a flyer and the bag also stretched a little. See photos 2 and 3. Therefore, I have marked it as "slightly damaged or dirty" (photo 1, left). The other 2 sets are unopened. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as this has been stored by a private individual.
