Purchased for around 7000 yen and used for about a month to sterilize baby bottles. It's safe because it can be used to warm milk, sterilize baby bottles, and warm baby food without using chemicals^^ Regarding the panel, the protective film from when it was purchased hasn't been removed, so what looks like dirt or wrinkles in the photos is actually the film. I think it's in relatively good condition.
