This is a plastic miniature car of Mickey Mouse. It has a McDonald's sticker on it, and I think it was a prize. Since it's an old item, there is some dirt and paint chipping. The rubber part of the front tires was apparently not originally there? For those who collect old items, or those who understand that this is a used item, how about it?
