This is a YAMAHA snare stand, the basic SS740 model. I'm selling it because I'm changing my equipment. It was originally a spare, and I mostly kept it indoors for storing a spare snare drum. There are a few minor blemishes, but it's practically undamaged and has no wobble. It's for a 14-inch snare drum. YAMAHA stands, even the entry-level models, are very well-built, so I think you can use this as a relatively lightweight main stand. The current model is the SS740a, which has a different arm clamp design and sells for around 7,000 yen. The functionality is exactly the same.
