This Artisan mouthpiece was realized inspired by the success of the Artisan trumpet. The first mouthpieces were made by Vincent Bach, the founder of Bach, in the early 1920s. It is a well-known fact that since then, various manufacturers have used Bach mouthpieces as a model. Bach mouthpieces are still highly regarded today. This Artisan mouthpiece was developed to evoke the early Bach models in terms of shape, tone, and response. While the detailed specifications are not disclosed, it reproduces the characteristics of that era using specially selected throat and backbore. This product is for trumpet.
