This is a charm (omamori) from Jokhang Temple (Jokhang Monastery), also known as the Great Jokhang Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Lhasa, Tibet. The reverse side of the charm card depicts Shakyamuni Buddha, the principal deity. It is also famous that dzi beads are used in the upper decorations of this Shakyamuni Buddha. Jokhang Temple is located in the center of the city and is a popular tourist attraction in Lhasa, Tibet. Many Tibetan Buddhists can be seen prostrating themselves in front of the main gate.
