This is a business bag by Arthur Valentini. It comes with a shoulder strap. I purchased it about three years ago, but I'm selling it because I haven't had the opportunity to use it. Dimensions are 44cm x 31cm x 13cm. The width expands to 23cm when the gusset is removed (all measurements are actual). It has plenty of storage pockets and is functional (in my personal opinion).
