This is Television Land Picture Book 3, Volume 1 of Kidou Keiji Jiban. It features many of the cast members, including Shohei Kusaka as Naoto Tamura/Jiban, Konomi Mashita as Mayumi Igarashi, and Michiko Enokida as Yoko Katagiri. The battle scenes between Jiban and Biolon are also depicted. It's in good condition for its age and has a retro feel. It is a used, opened item.
