This is a vintage Billabong item. I believe it's from the 1990s. Therefore, it has some signs of wear and pilling, but I think that's part of the charm and character of a vintage piece. There are stains as shown in the photos, but they're not noticeable unless you look closely. I couldn't find any information about it online, so I think it's quite rare.
