This is a navy pleated dot skirt purchased from Uniqlo. It has an all-around elastic waistband for a comfortable fit. I used it casually with a T-shirt for errands in the summer. The understated dot pattern makes it suitable for a wide range of ages. I've washed it several times, but the pleats haven't come out at all, giving the impression that it will last a long time. I also liked that it doesn't cling to the body. I'm selling it because I haven't been wearing it as much due to having other skirts.
