The shoulder ribbons are sewn to the shoulder straps, but you can retie the ribbons to adjust the size. Even if the ribbons come undone, the shoulder straps won't come undone, so you can wear it with peace of mind. It's a Korean-style black dress and received good reviews from those around me. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items as it has been worn once.
