I'm selling this because my child no longer plays with it. All parts are included. The instruction manual has creases on the front and back covers, and the corners of pages 2 and 3 are folded. There is also a small tear at the bottom of the cover, but the inside is clean. No box. Please consider this is a used item before purchasing.
