This is a Kaiser cake pan. The sides come apart. It's labeled as 18 cm, but that's the outer diameter including the sides. The inner diameter is closer to 16 cm, so please consider the finished cake size to be around that. We've had more children, and this size wasn't enough, so we started using a different size. It was used for about 2 years, probably 6-8 times. It has been stored at home since we stopped using it. There are no major scratches, but some aging is unavoidable.
